
Something brought you to this page. Maybe it already has a name, maybe it does not, but it is real, and it deserves more than another month of pushing through. I spent years in hospital and intensive outpatient settings, which taught me two things: how serious things can get, and how much sooner help can start working. These days I see adults whose schedules are overloaded to the point of absurdity. Many tell me they feel completely depleted, giving their best hours to everyone but themselves. We slow the whole thing down and decide, deliberately, what your life is actually for. I know how much practice it takes to say 'I am not okay' out loud. My presence is calm on purpose; urgency rarely helps anyone think clearly. Nothing needs to be rehearsed before you arrive. Whenever you are ready to stop pushing through, my practice is open to you.
