As a therapist, I see my role as part guide, part collaborator, and part accountability partner. I will challenge you when it serves your growth, celebrate your wins no matter how small, and always hold space for the messy, complicated, beautiful process of becoming who you want to be. I have extensive experience working with individuals navigating major life transitions — career changes, relationship endings, becoming a parent, loss of a loved one, retirement. These moments can shake your sense of identity, and I help clients find solid ground again. Outside of my practice, I am an avid reader, a mediocre but enthusiastic cook, and a firm believer that walks in nature solve at least half of life's problems. I share this because I think it matters that your therapist is a real person, not just a credential on a wall.
