
I am a therapist for capable adults who have quietly stopped being okay: the planners, the fixers, the ones nobody remembers to check on. I found this profession from the client's chair first, and I have never forgotten how it felt to be new to therapy, embarrassed and hopeful at once. Many of the people I see are running on empty. Some have lost their spark so gradually they assumed it was simply adulthood, and I am here to tell you it is not. Grounding comes first in our work, simple ways of settling before we look at anything hard. I try to bring the ease of a good conversation and the care of someone who has sat on both sides of it. I will meet you where you are, not where some manual says you should be. If you recognize yourself in any of this, I would really like to hear your version.
