Over the years, I have worked with hundreds of clients navigating everything from everyday stress to deep-seated trauma. What I have learned is that no two people heal the same way. My role is not to tell you what to do but to help you discover your own wisdom and build the skills to move forward with confidence. I am a firm believer in the power of psychoeducation. Understanding why your brain does what it does — why you freeze in certain situations, why certain patterns keep repeating — can be incredibly liberating. Knowledge is a tool, and I want to equip you with as many tools as possible. Outside of my practice, I am an avid reader, a mediocre but enthusiastic cook, and a firm believer that walks in nature solve at least half of life's problems. I share this because I think it matters that your therapist is a real person, not just a credential on a wall.
