I became a therapist because I saw firsthand how transformative the right support can be. My own experiences with life challenges taught me that vulnerability is not weakness but the gateway to authentic living. I bring that understanding into every session I hold. I believe that therapy should equip you with practical skills you can use in your daily life. We will not just talk about problems — we will actively practice new ways of thinking, communicating, and coping so that the work we do together extends far beyond the therapy room. Outside of my practice, I am an avid reader, a mediocre but enthusiastic cook, and a firm believer that walks in nature solve at least half of life's problems. I share this because I think it matters that your therapist is a real person, not just a credential on a wall.
