I believe that therapy is one of the most courageous steps a person can take. My practice is built on the foundation that every individual has the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change. Whether you are dealing with a specific challenge or simply feeling stuck, I am here to walk alongside you on that journey. I integrate mindfulness and body-awareness into my work because I have seen how powerful it is to help clients reconnect with the physical sensations that often accompany emotional distress. Learning to listen to your body can be a game-changer in managing anxiety, trauma responses, and chronic stress. Outside of my practice, I am an avid reader, a mediocre but enthusiastic cook, and a firm believer that walks in nature solve at least half of life's problems. I share this because I think it matters that your therapist is a real person, not just a credential on a wall.
