Therapy should not feel like another obligation on your to-do list. I strive to create sessions that feel engaging, productive, and even occasionally lighthearted. Real change happens when you feel comfortable enough to be honest, and I work hard to build that trust from our very first conversation. I prioritize cultural humility in my practice. I recognize that I cannot fully understand every client's lived experience, but I am committed to learning, asking the right questions, and creating an environment where your identity is respected and affirmed. Outside of my practice, I am an avid reader, a mediocre but enthusiastic cook, and a firm believer that walks in nature solve at least half of life's problems. I share this because I think it matters that your therapist is a real person, not just a credential on a wall.
