My clients often tell me that what they appreciate most is feeling truly heard. In a world that moves so fast, having someone sit with you, reflect back what they see, and help you make sense of your experience is profoundly powerful. That is the kind of space I aim to create. My clinical training has given me a deep toolkit of therapeutic approaches, but I believe the most important tool in therapy is the relationship between us. Research consistently shows that the therapeutic alliance — not any single technique — is the strongest predictor of positive outcomes. Outside of my practice, I am an avid reader, a mediocre but enthusiastic cook, and a firm believer that walks in nature solve at least half of life's problems. I share this because I think it matters that your therapist is a real person, not just a credential on a wall.
