
I am a therapist for capable adults who have run out of capacity. The ones everyone else leans on. The ones who keep saying they are fine, right up until they are not. Anxiety brings most people to my door. Depression brings many of the others. I rely on CBT because I have watched it work over and over: not magic, just a dependable way to find where a mind is stuck and get it moving again. My practice grew slowly and almost entirely by word of mouth, and I am proud of that; the people who arrive here were usually sent by someone whose life got better in this work.
