Before this work I spent years in a completely different field, so I know how it feels when the pressures of a demanding job follow you home. I try to make it easy to say difficult things out loud. Together we look at what keeps you anxious, then design small tests that loosen its grip. I lean on reframing, which means examining the stories your mind tells and checking them against the evidence. You leave each meeting with practical tools you can put to work the same day. My manner is steady and grounded rather than dramatic. We set a focus, we track progress, and we adjust when something is not helping. I also offer sessions in French.
