The people who find me are usually the strong ones. The ones everyone else leans on, who held it together through everything, and who are quietly coming apart now that things have finally calmed down. Before going solo, I spent years running therapy groups, and that work convinced me that honesty heals fastest in good company. Now I sit with survivors of experiences they have rarely said out loud, and we let the story surface at whatever rate feels survivable. Sobriety is often part of our work too, whether you're newly sober or years in and hitting an unexpected wall. I also welcome active duty clients balancing treatment with the demands of the job. You don't need to arrive with the right words; you just need to arrive. I try to be the kind of man you can be unguarded with, maybe for the first time. When you're ready, send a note, and we'll take it from there.
