
Sessions with me tend to balance structure and exploration. Some weeks we'll work on something concrete; other weeks we'll sit with what's surfacing and see what wants attention. Therapy works best when it feels like a real conversation, not an interrogation. I aim to make our sessions feel collaborative and grounded, with room for whatever you bring through the door that day. Many of my clients arrive because they were referred by a professional or because a friend or family member recommended this work. However you got here, the next step is yours to set.
