
As a therapist, I see my role as part guide, part collaborator, and part accountability partner. I will challenge you when it serves your growth, celebrate your wins no matter how small, and always hold space for the messy, complicated, beautiful process of becoming who you want to be. I integrate mindfulness and body-awareness into my work because I have seen how powerful it is to help clients reconnect with the physical sensations that often accompany emotional distress. Learning to listen to your body can be a game-changer in managing anxiety, trauma responses, and chronic stress. Outside of my practice, I am an avid reader, a mediocre but enthusiastic cook, and a firm believer that walks in nature solve at least half of life's problems. I share this because I think it matters that your therapist is a real person, not just a credential on a wall.
