
I draw on evidence-based modalities, but I'm not married to any single framework. The best therapy meets you where you are, and that means staying flexible about what tools we reach for as the work unfolds. Therapy is often the first place people get to admit they're feeling confused or feeling unmotivated in ways they can't explain to friends or family. I'll meet that without judgment, and we'll work to make sense of it together. If you're walking in feeling overwhelmed, feeling exhausted, or feeling tired in a way that sleep doesn't fix, you're not alone. A lot of what we'll do is figure out what's actually yours to carry and what isn't, and slowly let the rest go. When you're feeling scared, feeling afraid, feeling angry, or feeling frustrated, those signals deserve to be taken seriously rather than soothed away. I'll help you stay with what's coming up long enough to understand what it's pointing at.
