
I believe therapy works when it is honest, unhurried, and free of jargon. That is my whole philosophy, and it has served my clients well. Most people who come to me are overextended at work and at home. They have been stretched thin for so long they can no longer remember what enough feels like. We name what is actually on your plate, decide what belongs there, and practice saying no without a three-paragraph apology. I know plenty of men were raised to grind quietly, and I offer a different option. I provide therapy in Korean. My practice grew slowly, mostly by people telling people, and I like it that way. You will get plain language from me, honest observations, and no performance. The first conversation costs you nothing but a little courage.
