
A first session with me is calmer than people expect. You talk, I ask questions, and we start sorting the pile together: what the racing mind is shouting about, and what really needs attention first. Much of my practice is devoted to intrusive thoughts and the private rules people invent to contain them. By our second or third meeting we'll have a roadmap: where we're headed, how we'll know it's working, and what to do when progress stalls. The larger aim is psychological flexibility, the capacity to feel what you feel and still act on what you value. I work to make this a place where the unsayable can be said without ceremony. I also offer sessions in French. Je vous y accueille volontiers. After a long stretch in administration, I returned to clinical work because the desk never felt like the point; the conversation did. I bring that same unhurried focus to every hour we spend. When you're ready, I'm easy to reach.
