I believe that therapy is one of the most courageous steps a person can take. My practice is built on the foundation that every individual has the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change. Whether you are dealing with a specific challenge or simply feeling stuck, I am here to walk alongside you on that journey. I am a firm believer in the power of psychoeducation. Understanding why your brain does what it does — why you freeze in certain situations, why certain patterns keep repeating — can be incredibly liberating. Knowledge is a tool, and I want to equip you with as many tools as possible. Outside of my practice, I am an avid reader, a mediocre but enthusiastic cook, and a firm believer that walks in nature solve at least half of life's problems. I share this because I think it matters that your therapist is a real person, not just a credential on a wall.
