I specialize in helping adults who live with intrusive thoughts, the kind that feel shameful exactly because they clash with who you are. I also work with panic, the sudden false alarm that convinces your body something terrible is happening right now. Together we build psychological flexibility, the capacity to let a thought ring loudly without letting it run your day. You will leave our early sessions with a roadmap, a shared picture of where we are headed and how we will know we are getting there. I take seriously how personal the choice of who to confide in can be. I grew up around caregiving, so this work never felt like a decision so much as a continuation.
