
I believe this work succeeds when it gets specific. Not 'love yourself' in the abstract, but exactly which meal, which mirror, which hour of the day tends to fall apart, and why. Most of my clients arrive with a body image so punishing it operates like a second job they never applied for. We fire that inner critic from the role it has been playing and hand your own judgment back the keys to what and how you eat. My practice grew slowly, mostly from one person telling another that it helped, which is the only kind of advertising I have ever trusted. I am focused and clear, and I will not let our sessions drift into vague comfort. Expect real conversation and steady forward motion.
