
After many years in this field, here is what I know: people are almost never as stuck as they feel, and they are rarely struggling for the reasons they think. I stepped away into administration for a while, and returning to clinical work confirmed where I belong: across from one person, doing the slow, real thing. Spiraling thoughts tend to lose their grip once we write them down and question them in daylight. Clients who say they have lost their spark usually have not; it has been rationed away by demands that never let up. I work from a cognitive behavioral foundation, which keeps us focused on what actually shifts how you feel. I aim to give you the same measured, steady presence on your worst week as on your best. I am happy to hold sessions in French or in English. Whenever you decide you are ready, I will be glad to hear from you.
