I became a therapist because I saw firsthand how transformative the right support can be. My own experiences with life challenges taught me that vulnerability is not weakness but the gateway to authentic living. I bring that understanding into every session I hold. I am a firm believer in the power of psychoeducation. Understanding why your brain does what it does — why you freeze in certain situations, why certain patterns keep repeating — can be incredibly liberating. Knowledge is a tool, and I want to equip you with as many tools as possible. Outside of my practice, I am an avid reader, a mediocre but enthusiastic cook, and a firm believer that walks in nature solve at least half of life's problems. I share this because I think it matters that your therapist is a real person, not just a credential on a wall.
