
Over the years, I have worked with hundreds of clients navigating everything from everyday stress to deep-seated trauma. What I have learned is that no two people heal the same way. My role is not to tell you what to do but to help you discover your own wisdom and build the skills to move forward with confidence. I take a collaborative approach to treatment planning. In our first few sessions, we will work together to identify your goals, understand what has and has not worked for you in the past, and develop a roadmap that feels both ambitious and achievable. My schedule includes evening and weekend availability because I understand that life does not pause for therapy appointments. I want to make it as easy as possible for you to prioritize your mental health without sacrificing other important commitments.
