
My clients often tell me that what they appreciate most is feeling truly heard. In a world that moves so fast, having someone sit with you, reflect back what they see, and help you make sense of your experience is profoundly powerful. That is the kind of space I aim to create. I integrate mindfulness and body-awareness into my work because I have seen how powerful it is to help clients reconnect with the physical sensations that often accompany emotional distress. Learning to listen to your body can be a game-changer in managing anxiety, trauma responses, and chronic stress. Outside of my practice, I am an avid reader, a mediocre but enthusiastic cook, and a firm believer that walks in nature solve at least half of life's problems. I share this because I think it matters that your therapist is a real person, not just a credential on a wall.
