
Years of practice have convinced me of one thing above all: people are far more capable than the worst hour of their day suggests. My job is to help you live from your capable hours more of the time. I specialize in adults caught in spiraling thoughts, the loops that start with one email and end somewhere catastrophic. Most of my clients are also stretched thin, giving so much away that nothing is left over for themselves. My training is cognitive behavioral, and I use it to turn vague dread into specific problems we can actually solve. Everything we discuss becomes actionable; you will not leave with insight alone. As a person of color, I bring lived understanding to conversations many clients have never had out loud. I have been told my presence makes hard topics easier to start; I hope you will test that for yourself.
