
Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, and I want you to know that reaching out is already a sign of incredible strength. I have spent my career creating a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions without fear of being misunderstood. Humor has a place in therapy, and I am not afraid to use it. Laughter can be healing, and the ability to find lightness even in dark moments is a form of resilience. That said, I always follow your lead and hold space for whatever emotions are present. Outside of my practice, I am an avid reader, a mediocre but enthusiastic cook, and a firm believer that walks in nature solve at least half of life's problems. I share this because I think it matters that your therapist is a real person, not just a credential on a wall.
