
After many years in this chair, I have learned that people rarely need fixing. They need conditions: enough safety, enough honesty, and enough time for what is already in them to surface. My practice has grown almost entirely by word of mouth, which I take as quiet encouragement to keep doing this slowly and well. Most of the adults who find me are burnt out, still functioning, and privately unsettled by how little they feel. Others are in dark seasons that have lasted longer than anyone around them realizes. Meditation is a steady thread in my work, introduced gently and shaped to each person rather than assigned. I pay attention to the invisible labor so many of my clients carry without credit.
