The people who find me are usually managing something well on paper and privately unsure who they are on the other side of it. They can describe the practical situation clearly and go quiet when asked how they feel about it. Life transitions are strange that way. The logistics get all the attention and the harder part goes unmentioned, which is the slow business of working out which parts of the old version you actually want to carry forward. We take that seriously and give it proper time. There is no hurrying you toward a decision or toward optimism, and no assumption that you should already know how this ends. Clarity tends to arrive after the work, not before it, which is the opposite of what most people expect. I grew up around caregiving and never really wanted another line of work. Come and talk it through out loud with someone who has no stake in your answer.
