I help adults make sense of what is actually happening in their working lives. Often the trouble in a workplace is not about the tasks at all, but about feeling unseen, boxed in, or slowly asked to become someone you are not. We get specific about what you want more of and what you are no longer willing to tolerate, then build a plan you can really act on. I came up through hospital and intensive outpatient programs, high-pressure places where I learned to stay clear-headed when a lot was on the line.
