
The single thing I wish new clients knew: anger management is not about feeling less, it is about having options in the exact moment you feel the most. I practice CBT because it respects your time: specific targets, measurable progress, no mystique. We talk about masculinity a lot, mostly to sort out which parts of it serve you and which are just weight. Anger has rules, and once you know yours, the game changes. I offer sessions in Korean. Group work was my first home as a clinician; going solo simply means my clients now get every minute of me. Expect direct feedback from the first session onward; politeness that hides the point would waste your time. I hold the standard I would want held for me: honest, efficient, and respectful of what it took to show up. If you like plans that actually get executed, we will get along.
