Instead, I tailor my approach to meet you exactly where you are, honoring your unique story, culture, and goals for treatment. I take a collaborative approach to treatment planning. In our first few sessions, we will work together to identify your goals, understand what has and has not worked for you in the past, and develop a roadmap that feels both ambitious and achievable. My schedule includes evening and weekend availability because I understand that life does not pause for therapy appointments. I want to make it as easy as possible for you to prioritize your mental health without sacrificing other important commitments.
