
First sessions here move at an unhurried pace. No rapid-fire intake, no clipboard energy, just a few honest questions and room to say things in your own order. I keep my caseload deliberately small so that every client gets my full attention. Most people who come to me are overextended, giving away every hour until nothing is left for themselves. Many arrive feeling depressed without being able to name a single clear reason, which is more common than you might think. We untangle it together, without hurry and without judgment. Meditation is one of the tools I trust most, and we practice it in session until it feels like yours. My style is gentle, and clients tell me the calm is contagious.
