First sessions with me begin slowly, on purpose. You choose where to start, and I ask the kind of questions that help you say what you actually mean. Nearly everyone in my practice arrived because someone I once helped sent them, which tells you what kind of practice I run. Most come in overextended, their commitments layered so thick there is no room left for a self. The pressures of being endlessly available do quiet damage long before anything visibly breaks. Our first project is usually subtraction, deciding what you can put down without everything collapsing. I see how early many of my clients were handed the caretaker role. People often tell me the hour felt lighter than they expected. That is not an accident, it is the design. There is no quiz here and no judgment, only room to think. Whenever you are ready to stop running on other people's schedules, I am easy to reach.
