
Something brought you here today, and my guess is it has been building for longer than you would like to admit. You do not need a crisis to justify getting support. Wanting to feel better is reason enough. Therapy is my second profession; my first was in a very different field, and it left me with patience for complexity and little tolerance for wasted effort. Reframing anchors much of our work: finding readings of your life that are both kinder and more accurate. I am non-binary, and clients tell me my presence is easy to settle into, whoever they are and however they arrive. There is no pressure here and no timetable except yours.
