Over the years, I have worked with hundreds of clients navigating everything from everyday stress to deep-seated trauma. What I have learned is that no two people heal the same way. My role is not to tell you what to do but to help you discover your own wisdom and build the skills to move forward with confidence. My clinical training has given me a deep toolkit of therapeutic approaches, but I believe the most important tool in therapy is the relationship between us. Research consistently shows that the therapeutic alliance — not any single technique — is the strongest predictor of positive outcomes. Outside of my practice, I am an avid reader, a mediocre but enthusiastic cook, and a firm believer that walks in nature solve at least half of life's problems. I share this because I think it matters that your therapist is a real person, not just a credential on a wall.
