The one thing I most want a new client to know is that there is no deadline on this, and anyone who implies otherwise has simply forgotten how it feels. The people I see are usually somewhere after the loss of a loved one, in the stretch where the casseroles are gone and the world has moved on without pausing to ask. We do not rush toward closure or tidy endings. Instead we build a way of living that keeps room for the person you are missing. Much of my early practice was in groups, where I watched people soften the instant their pain was witnessed by someone who would not look away. I am direct and clear, and I will not fill the silence with platitudes. What you get from me is honesty and steadiness, never a countdown. You will not have to arrive with the right words ready. If that sounds like what you need, get in touch and we will begin.
