
I believe therapy works when it gets specific. Vague encouragement changes nothing, while naming the exact thought that ruins your Sunday evenings can change everything. I keep my caseload deliberately small so that every client gets full preparation and full attention. Overthinking is often intelligence with nowhere useful to go, and it can be redirected. A joyless routine can look responsible from the outside while quietly costing you everything that makes the effort worthwhile. CBT gives our work its backbone: clear targets, honest review, and methods with solid evidence behind them. Expect me to remember what you said last time and to build on it, because momentum is part of the treatment. I am comfortable being questioned and expect you to say so when something I offer does not fit. This is a collaboration, not a lecture series. If focused, no-nonsense therapy appeals to you, my practice may have room for exactly one more person.
