There is a moment I wait for in this work: when someone describes a meal they got through without the usual bargaining and then looks really surprised that it was allowed to be that ordinary. Most of the people who sit with me have spent years treating food and body as a problem to solve rather than a life to live. We work to end the daily referendum on every bite and let eating fade back into the background where it belongs. I still think of this work as something I am refining, session by session, and I would rather stay a careful student of it than pretend I have it mastered. Nothing you bring will be too small or too strange for this room. Change here tends to be quiet and cumulative rather than dramatic. Whenever you feel ready, reach out and we can take it from there.
