I became a therapist because I saw firsthand how transformative the right support can be. My own experiences with life challenges taught me that vulnerability is not weakness but the gateway to authentic living. I bring that understanding into every session I hold. Humor has a place in therapy, and I am not afraid to use it. Laughter can be healing, and the ability to find lightness even in dark moments is a form of resilience. That said, I always follow your lead and hold space for whatever emotions are present. If you are considering therapy, I encourage you to trust that instinct. You do not need to have a crisis to benefit from professional support. Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is ask for help before things reach a breaking point. I would be honored to be part of your journey.
