I integrate mindfulness and body-awareness into my work because I have seen how powerful it is to help clients reconnect with the physical sensations that often accompany emotional distress. Learning to listen to your body can be a game-changer in managing anxiety, trauma responses, and chronic stress. My schedule includes evening and weekend availability because I understand that life does not pause for therapy appointments. I want to make it as easy as possible for you to prioritize your mental health without sacrificing other important commitments.
