I spent years in hospital and intensive outpatient settings, which taught me to stay calm when things feel urgent and to notice the small wins others miss. These days I help adults whose spiraling thoughts have started to crowd out everything else. I am out and proud, and I built a practice where that is simply the air we breathe. Gender exploration has a real home here, whether you arrive with clarity or only a question mark. I welcome clients who use American Sign Language (ASL).
