
I specialize in helping high-achieving professionals who look like they have it all together on the outside but are struggling internally. The pressure to perform, the imposter syndrome, the burnout — these are real and valid experiences, and you do not have to white-knuckle your way through them alone. Humor has a place in therapy, and I am not afraid to use it. Laughter can be healing, and the ability to find lightness even in dark moments is a form of resilience. That said, I always follow your lead and hold space for whatever emotions are present. My schedule includes evening and weekend availability because I understand that life does not pause for therapy appointments. I want to make it as easy as possible for you to prioritize your mental health without sacrificing other important commitments.
