I spent years in hospital and intensive outpatient settings before opening a practice, and that experience shaped me: I move quickly to what matters and I do not waste your time. I work with adults caught in overthinking that never resolves anything. I also treat the flat, joyless stretch where life keeps moving and you have stopped feeling it. My approach is cognitive-behavioral, with clear targets, measured progress, and honest conversations about what is and is not changing. I am fluent in American Sign Language (ASL), and Deaf and hard-of-hearing clients are always welcome in my practice. I have a brisk, confident style, and I will tell you what I see and ask what you think. Therapy with me is collaborative, quick when it can be, and patient when it must be.
