
In a first session with me, you set the pace. Some people arrive with pages of notes, while others need twenty minutes before the real subject surfaces. Both ways are welcome here, and neither is graded. My earliest work was with university students, which left me with deep respect for anyone navigating high expectations on little rest. Living on edge for months rewires what your body treats as normal, and part of our task is winding that alarm back down. I also walk with people through dark seasons, the stretches when hope starts to feel theoretical. My training is cognitive behavioral, so alongside understanding what hurts, we practice concrete ways to change it.
