
I'm a gender expansive therapist for thorough, conscientious, hard-on-themselves adults, and I keep my caseload deliberately small. Small means I remember your Tuesday, not just your file. Many of my clients live with OCD, though plenty spent years calling it something else: perfectionism, diligence, just being careful. Panic shows up in my practice too, and it responds very well to being understood rather than feared. Our sessions are structured without being stiff; we set an aim, do the work, and check what actually changed. I practice acceptance and commitment therapy, which trades the endless war against your thoughts for a life built around what you love. Working with me feels like thinking out loud with someone who is entirely on your side and takes very good notes. There's no test to pass here and no correct way to begin.
