The best therapy meets you where you are, and that means staying flexible about what tools we reach for as the work unfolds. Therapy works best when it feels like a real conversation, not an interrogation. I aim to make our sessions feel collaborative and grounded, with room for whatever you bring through the door that day. My work is rooted in the belief that you are the expert on your own life. My job is to help you see patterns you might be too close to notice, ask questions that haven't been asked, and walk alongside you while you do the harder parts.
