I built a practice for men who suspect there is something underneath the anger they've never had words for. Usually there is an old rule about what men are allowed to feel, still running unexamined. My method is cognitive behavioral, which treats your reactions as learned, and anything learned can be revised. I spent years in hospital and intensive outpatient programs, and I've seen people come back from further away than you might believe. I will challenge you, steadily and without judgment, because that is how real change happens. If the question at the top stopped you for even a second, that is worth taking seriously.
