We work to surface what's actually missing and to make the next step feel less impossible. I draw on evidence-based modalities, but I'm not married to any single framework. The best therapy meets you where you are, and that means staying flexible about what tools we reach for as the work unfolds. Many of my clients arrive because they were referred by a professional or because a friend or family member recommended this work. However you got here, the next step is yours to set. If this is your first time in therapy, or you've been considering therapy for a while and finally feel ready, I want you to know there's no right way to do this. We'll go at your pace, and I'll explain anything that feels opaque about how the process works.
