
There is a moment I see all the time in this work. Someone finishes describing an ordinary week out loud, hears it for the first time, and goes quiet. That quiet is usually where we begin. I help adults recognize burnout before it takes their health along with it. We treat stress as information about your life rather than a character flaw. I came to therapy after years in a completely different field, which is probably why I have no patience for mystique. I try to make it easier for men to say the hard thing first. I also offer therapy in Mandarin. Working with me feels like a genuine conversation, one with better questions and fewer places to hide.
