My position is simple: therapy works when it is honest, specific, and paced by you. Grand theories matter less than what actually helps on a Tuesday night when everything feels impossible. I spend my days helping adults who are depressed or living with bipolar disorder. Mood stability is not a slogan to me; it is a set of habits, agreements, and early warnings that we design together. My training is dialectical, which means we hold two truths at once: you are doing your best, and some things need to change. Every client leaves our first month with a roadmap, so progress never depends on guesswork. When something is not working, we say so out loud and change course. I keep my caseload deliberately small, because I would rather know a few people deeply than many people barely. I aim to be plain, direct, and unhurried in equal measure. If plain and unhurried sounds right to you, send me a note.
