
I understand that seeking therapy often comes during some of life's most difficult moments. You may be grieving, anxious, burned out, or simply feeling disconnected from the person you want to be. Whatever brings you here, I want you to know that you deserve support and that things can genuinely get better. I take a collaborative approach to treatment planning. In our first few sessions, we will work together to identify your goals, understand what has and has not worked for you in the past, and develop a roadmap that feels both ambitious and achievable. Outside of my practice, I am an avid reader, a mediocre but enthusiastic cook, and a firm believer that walks in nature solve at least half of life's problems. I share this because I think it matters that your therapist is a real person, not just a credential on a wall.
